Sometimes I wish I had a crystal ball, but as a small hand maker, the best I can do is guess.

I made what I thought was too much stuff in this Home is Where the Yarn is fabric. I was wrong. At the end of the first day of DFW FF 2026, we had 4 pieces left: 2 project pals, 1 KNITPack Omni XL, and 1 Oops project bag.

Since, I cannot magically make more appear (wish that were the case.) I am going to do the next best thing.

A PREORDER. This means this is not ready to ship and there is a 6 week lead time on this bag shipping to you.

This also means, that even if you could not attend DFW Fiber Fest 2026, that you can take home a piece of the show. This has to be checked out on the website even if you are in the booth in person.

This fabric does not exist in any way. I will have to order this fabric and have it printed, meaning the lead time on this shipping to you from our studio in Smyrna, TN will be 6 weeks. Meaning it will begin shipping the week of OCTOBER 5th, 2026

We have added photos of the bags from the booth. They are not in the Home is Where the Yarn Is fabric, but will show you which bag is which in case you don't know the names.

How do I know which fabric goes where on my bag?

The fabric swatch in the listing always has the MAIN fabric on the TOP and the ACCENT fabric on the BOTTOM.
We have included drawings showing where main and accent fabrics are placed on each bag
We have also included pictures of actual products to show you real live examples of what these look like.

These items are made to order, and take time to produce as we make everything by hand in our studio in Smyrna, Tennessee.

After your items ships, you will receive a shipping notification email. However, these can often times get filtered by your email provider. Please make sure to check your spam AND promotions folders-especially, if this is a a first purchase.

If you order ready to ship items with your preorder items, all items will ship when the preorder items are fulfilled. So if you want to order more than one thing and need the ready to ship items immediately, please place multiple orders.
