Noname Collapsing Project Bag – Yarn-Safe Knitting and Crochet Bag

For anyone who crochets or knits and is personally victimized by zipper-vs-yarn wrestling matches, this bag is your peace treaty. The Noname Collapsing Project Bag gives your WIP the soft, yarn-safe home it deserves; no snagging, no chewing up your fiber, no “why does this zipper hate me?” moments.

When closed, it sits at 10" x 10" x 4", looking all cute and compact. Open it up, and it collapses into a traveling yarn bowl, keeping your yarn in place while you stitch at home, on a plane, in your car, or while avoiding people in public. Your secret is safe with us.

This design pulls the zipper completely away from your yarn path, so your project doesn’t get swallowed whole. More storage, less chaos, and actual joy while crafting. Imagine that.

Who is Erin.Lane?

Erin was my middle name, and Lane was my mom's.  So it's not a person so much as just this amazing thing my mom and I started building together.

Now I run the show.

Hi, I'm Lindsey, and I'm a somewhat crazy person with a sewing machine and internet connection.  I have been lucky enough to have built an amazing community of people who think what I make with my hands is cool.

I design all the fabric, a thing I never thought I would be able to do, because I got tired of seeing the same things over and over again.  All the bag designs are drafted in house, and with an amazing team of women, I have been able to do things my mom and I only dreamed would be possible.
