If you are like me you have a pattern queue a mile long and a huge pile of yarn in your home. When you want a new project, you spend hours looking through patterns, and then wondering if you have the yarn for it. So starting a new project, often ends in just ordering new yarn. (At least it does for me.)
This is why I figured I better get smarter. I made the Stash Finder to solve this problem. When I put a pattern and yarn together, I put everything I need into the bag and it fit perfectly in my cube bins for me to pick through at a later date. This way when I want to start a new project, I have a bin of preplanned projects to look at instead of all of Ravelry.
The Stash finder has a 6 inch vinyl front panel, and measures approximately13 inches square. It features a large lobster claw on the side so you can also hang your project somewhere if bin space is not available, or turn your stash finder into a project bag straight out the gate!
